If you are answering…

*Do not show frustrationIf you do not   understand the question being asked then simply issue an inquiry then seek  clarification fromthe  questioner.If you cannot be calm and patient then please do not  respond .

*Do not be arrogant.Just because you know the answer does not mean everyone should.Never treat anyone  else as if they are   stupid.This is a direct violation of our respect rule [see discussion policy]

*Try and be as detailed and clear in your explanation while still keeping your answer tothe point.Also post in full sentences and try your best  to use proper grammar and   punctuation.

*Do not post a response if you are  unsure of the correct answer.If another reader does not answer the inquiry , management will  execute a response within 24 hours of thecompletion ofthe 48 hour waiting period.After all posting an answer which is incorrect ends upbeing  misleading and can cause further navigational occurances.If you are unsure  about the answer, but still want to  give it a shot then please use phrases such  as -I am not sure, but I think…. ,it could be…., or you might  want to try…….This will show that this is what you think  could be the solution.If no definite answer is posted within 48 hours of  the  posting of thepossible soloution, we will issue assistance.
